of near Paris, Fauquier Co., Virginia; freed his enslaved by his will. Court order required to provide funds to send them to Liberia, according to letter from Kimble G. Hicks dated 7 Nov 1856. And deeds of manumission were created for those who agreed to got to Liberia, taken care of by Kimble G. Hicks according to same letter.
